Job Description
Main purpose of the job:
Support & advise the HSE management team in all aspects of Safety, Health & environment with a strong focus on implementing project’s legal and client requirements, continuous improvement in Safety, Health & Environment performance in line with the Tanavob continuous excellence mindset of zero incidents
Main responsibilities:
HAZID and Risk Assessment.
HSE plan and ERP (Emergency Response Plan) for construction activities.
Monitor and report non-compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
Provide HSE training for staff in line with HSE policies, practices and procedures.
Facilitate and coordinate the site's HSE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action inspection and audit.
Strong proficiency in accident root cause analysis (RCA) and Incident Cause Mapping.
Provide HSE managerial reports, forms, plans and all HSE statistics and KPIs.
