Job Description

Ensure full compliance of operational activities to the Company' HSE program at the project site. Advise and oblige Project Management Team in corrective actions and measures necessary to carry out the proper implementation of the HSE program to its fullest extent. Ensure that habitual safety violators or site personnel are reported and given the appropriate disciplinary action by the concerned department, in accordance with approved rules & regulations of the Organization. Provide guidance, advice and assistance to the site supervisor in the implementation of the HSE program. Carry out frequent site inspections and assist in HSE audits. Investigate all accidents, injuries, fires, property damage, and other safety related incidents, issues or disseminates required reports and ensures that recommended preventive and corrective measures are carried out. Check proper usage and maintenance of protective equipment and evaluate its effectiveness in the project. Ensure that any equipment on site is suitable and provided with necessary valid certificate and to draw management attention to any defect or deficiency. Conducts ‘Contract Holder’ duties as required. Assists in PTW system and advise PTW approver & issuer regarding safety requirement for non-routine activities in production and SIMOPS areas. Issue and cascade incidents/accidents alert and learning to production personnel. Asses incidents/accidents trends and reviews overall HSE performance . Provide the necessary data to enable overall HSE performance to be monitored and reviewed as necessary. Assist for conducting HSE training for operational personnel. Identify and assess the work related hazards & risks, introduce the control measures, and ensure of effectiveness of HSE measures.

Requirements

Four-year bachelor degree in a relevant field. Minimum 8 years of experience in the same field with proven track. Knowledge of the practical application of HSE Management System. Demonstration of interpersonal skills including but not limited to communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and ability to work under Pressure and time management. Fluency in English. Knowledge of applying IT requirements such as electronic mail, data base management, office, presentation, spreadsheet and word processing software.
