Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Business Partner to design, determine, implement and manage human resources all processes in the whole company to ensure achieving our business goals.
● Collaborate with the team for designing and compiling human resources processes, procedures, instructions, etc.
● Collaborate with the team to design, determine, and implement HR planning and strategy.
● Collaborate with the team for designing and compiling Job Profiles.
● Collaborate with the team for Job analysis, job grading based on standard models, employee grading
● Collaborate with the team to design, determine, and implement a remuneration (C&B) system.
● Collaborate with the team to design, determine, and implement a performance management system.
● Responsible for talent acquisition whole processes and hiring required manpower for regions such as sales, technicians, sales reps, drivers, workers, etc.
● Consult with line manager, providing HR solutions when required.
● Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the team to develop solutions.
● Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
● Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase morale, productivity, and retention.
● Provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
● Prepare yearly manpower plan and recruitment plan.
● Do exit interviews and try to reduce employee turnover in the region.
● Make sure exit settlement of employees is done in the proper way.
