Job Description

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual and period performance appraisals and consultation with line managers. • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations to finalize the IDP Plan. • Deploy a wide variety of training methods. • Conduct effective Training, induction and orientation sessions. • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. • Manage training budget. • Lead all annual Training assessments, surveys and Standards. • Provide opportunities for ongoing development. • Manage to use effective internal and external Training Sources. • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary. • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices. • Plan, Conduct and Operate annual and periodic ISQI Assessment to be sure for effective results. • Provide, Run and Monitor the useful contexts and syllabuses of Product Division training courses and related internal & external sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management/ management or relevant field. • 6 years of experience in HR Training Area. • Proven work experience as a Training Head or Supervisor. • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs. • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.) • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals. • Good computer and database skills. • Having good command of MS Office
