Job Description

This job post is designed for Danone Waters. Leading and founder of Iran’s water bottled industry, Damavand started its activities in 1972 with a French company called Perrier. In 2008 the majority stock of Damavand Company was purchased by the French company, Danone (One of the leading company in food industry) and is managed by Danone since then. -To Provide a front line interface between HR and factory managers and employees. -To help provide perspective to business changes and evaluate the business case for impacts to employees, how changes to talent management can help in achieving business objectives. -To direct and support delivery of a strategic and professional HR consultancy service that drives 'best practice' in all aspects of people management and general HR activities. -To develop and deliver HR/People Strategy, in order to fully align with the business plan and achieve business objectives. -To ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and practices, in order to minimize risk and financial exposure in factory. -To Provide guideline to HR division in order to let everyone understand the concern of the factory and make sure about enough flexibility in HR practices in order to satisfy the business needs. -To facilitate for education and alignment to division managers and heads in order to improve the quality of people and HR management internally in factory. -To promote organizational development that addresses succession planning, workforce engagement & development, change management and continuous improvement towards a high performance culture. -To lead and engage in HR working groups involved in the development and promotion of HR policy and procedures, operational efficiency, service improvement initiatives .CODES and CODEs in action. -To be responsible of all internal and external Wise and Quality audits in HR/training part. -To Interview candidate together with hiring managers for factory vacancy.
