Job Description

-Consulting with function management and provide daily HR guidance regarding policies and procedures -Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances -Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention -Facilitate development actions and talent initiatives in his / her area with the assistance of Talent Development team -Monitor and evaluate technical training programs and identify training needs for teams and individuals -Provide data and build close relationship with C&B team during monthly payroll process or new staff recruitment -Shop floor recruitment / sourcing and conducting interview sessions related to his / her functions

Requirements

- Relevant academic background in HR or Business Management - 3 to 5 years of proven HR experience (Pharmaceutical industry is preferred) - Familiar with labor law and HR guideline / legislation - Strong verbal & written communication skills - Ability to deal with daily issues / grievances and managing conflicts - Excellent people management skills
