Job Description
-Consulting with function management and provide daily HR guidance regarding policies and procedures
-Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
-Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
-Facilitate development actions and talent initiatives in his / her area with the assistance of Talent Development team
-Monitor and evaluate technical training programs and identify training needs for teams and individuals
-Provide data and build close relationship with C&B team during monthly payroll process or new staff recruitment
-Shop floor recruitment / sourcing and conducting interview sessions related to his / her functions
