- Identifying staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants - Preparing job description and requirements of each deputy and fulfilling requirements by choosing the proper applicant - Preparing welfare service plans for employee motivation - Following-up personnel contracts, welfare services, supplementary insurance and … - Conducting all HR-related analysis and surveys - Conducting and implementing the training requirements of each deputy - Contacting with new employees and preparing on-boarding sessions - Developing human resource instructions - Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, overtime hours)

Requirements

- At least 4 years of relevant work experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Have full knowledge of labor and social security laws - Fluent in classifying jobs, calculating salaries and issuing rulings
