Job Description

- Organizing matters related to human and administrative resource management - Selection and appointment of manpower - Establish an effective education system. List of responsibilities: - Proper employment - Effective training. Reporting to: Regional General Manager and HR & Admin Manager. Subordinates: HR administrator, HR clerk, Guards, Service employee. Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesdays 08:00 to 17:00 and Thursdaye 08: to 13:30.

Requirements

- Dominance of labor and social security law - Interview skills - Familiar with the job classification process - Mastering human resource tactics and techniques - MS Office , especially Word and Excel - Familiar with specialized office software and human resources - Management and supervision skills
