Job Description
• Serve as a community liaison
• Oversee, direct, and conduct day-to-day operations of all HR related functions (e.g., benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, payroll, management trainee program) by executing and refining recruiting and staffing initiatives; monitoring the completion of training curricula; and addressing employment-related concerns for applicants, staffs and managers
• Investigate and ensure employees’ concerns are resolved, using own judgment or consulting others when needed
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and Iran labor law
• Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
• Manage performance analysis and Identify employees with high potential, growth and proposes further development
• Promotes and practice communication within the teams
