Job Description

 Recruit, coach & develop the people in charge of Human Resources and act as their regular contact person  Lead & implement Talent management & Performance review programs  Actualize annually the long range Work Force Planning  Be involved in establishing the annual local HR budgets, using the long range Work Force Plans as reference  Co-Manage and aligned with the HR Center of Excellence, the training and development plans, the compensation and benefits program, the recruitment and induction processes, running assessments, the performance management processes, the talent management processes and the succession planning  Work closely with the other business leaders and HR team  Co-Manage labor office and social security organization  Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues  Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required  Executing HR policies KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS:  HR team  Operation Director & HR Manager  Management team members

Requirements

 Master’s degree HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent  Fluent in English  Minimum 8 years of proven track record in Human Resources environment  Technical and functional understanding of and experience with different HR techniques (job grading – talent management – Performance management – competence management – HR systems - etc…)  Willingness to travel Working place: Karaj COMPETENCES/PERSONAL QUALITIES:  Strong interpersonal skills: establishes easily contacts  Leadership: able to develop a vision and communicate  Motivator and coach; capability to coach & develop HR and Business people  Business acumen, Broad view on business with a multi-functional perspective, large scope of interests  Team player, facilitator and leader  Strategic thinker  Strong Implementation skills  Business & result driven  People care  Matrix management  Resilience and sense of humor
