● To manage talent review program and ensure the talent risk of critical positions and their successors are addressed properly.
● To manage succession planning and develop individual succession development plans.
● To manage the evaluation of vital behavioral and design programs to promote staff commitment and dedication to company values and vital behaviors.
● To manage the performance management process and make sure that the program runs efficiently, on time, and accurately and hence contribute to a fair outcome-focused reward.
● To lead managers on how to implement the performance management process effectively.
● To manage to recognize top performers to engage staff in achieving their agreed targets.
● To manage taking corrective actions regarding low performers staff to support improving high-performance culture.
● To support the design and implementation of performance management strategy.
● To initiate HR Strategy and programs in line with company strategies and provide related updates.
