Job Description

Learning & Development (L&D) is a strategically important function at SBC. The Senior Manager – L&D will be responsible for developing and implementing an organization wide Learning & Development strategy that facilitates and drives individual development and capacity building in line with institutional requirements. The position will involve collaborating effectively with people at all job levels and interacting with a diverse group of individuals and personalities to ensure the achievement of individual, functional and organizational goals. The Senior Manager Training and Development plays an analytical role. In this position, he establishes metrics that measure the performance and success of ongoing training programs. This way the Senior Manager Training and Development identifies points of improvement and develops solutions that improve the effectiveness of training programs. The Senior Manager Training and Development also leads reporting to senior training and development management for the purpose of strategy formulation and informed decision-making.

Requirements

We are hiring a self-motivated and passionate Iranian HR Sr. Manager Learning, Dev. and Talent Acquisition. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Job Specific Skills Training Needs Analysis Competency development Training delivery & assessment Excellent understanding of recruitment processes Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus Good knowledge of candidates selection methods Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Generic Skills: Interpersonal Skills People Management Skills Project management Skills Presentation Skills Negotiations Skills Customer Centric Skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good time-management skills Experience: 7 years’ experience in a large organization, working on arrange of OD, Training and recruitment initiatives including design & delivery of training, change management Knowledge of FMCG industry
