Job Description

● Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs. ● Determine selection criteria. ● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). ● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. ● Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. ● Lead employer branding initiatives. ● Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. ● Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department. ● Design and implementation of performance management systems. ● Design and extract OKR and KPIs. ● Design and measurement of human resources surveys (assessment of employee attitudes and …). ● Participation in HR strategies. ● Participation in the procurement of procedures, development projects, and excellence in the field of human resources.

Requirements

● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● 3 years of experience as a Specialist or similar roles. ● Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields. ● Appropriate MS Office skills.
