Job Description

- Maintaining personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. - Keeping employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner. - Coordinating health, life, and SSO insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning the routine administration of programs. - Carrying out the contract affairs of new joiners and fulfilling legal requirements. - Following up on all administration issues such as fleet management. - Coordination with other departments especially with the legal department in case of employment contract termination. - Cooperation with headquarter. - Carrying out the recruitment process. - Preparing monthly timesheets, setting up and defining new employees in the payroll system, and establishes personnel files. - To provide and prepare all necessary statistic reports related to current information in a personnel software system paid wages, deductions, and benefits. - In charge of procurement of all office supplies and delivery to the company (office equipment, office consumables, stationery, printed material, etc.) - Managing the process of booking hotels and other arrangements for guests of the company. - Establish and follow up on the filling Archive system, work procedures, and regulations for Admin. - Concluding Contracts with service companies of various natures (Car rental, Insurance, Company, mobile phones, cleaning, catering, etc.) and arranging new employees related needs.

Requirements

- Minimum BA/BS in related fields such as management. - At least 3 years of experience in the related fields. - Familiar with labor law, S.S.O., Payroll, and administration issues. - Good in communication with other employees and managers. - Being responsible and committed. - Organization skills. - Solving problem skills. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Language Requirements: Good oral and written Turkish (Istanbul) and English is essential.
