Job Description

- Source candidates through various methods and proactively develop talent pipelines in anticipation of business needs. - Screening resumes, Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. - Holding competency-based interviews with candidates shortlisted and following up on the interview process status. - Effectively analyze and report recruitment metrics. - Assisting in updating and implementation workforce planning. - Registration and keeping of personnel records such as recruitment, transfer, termination, etc. - Registration and follow up of all administrative requests. - Design and update human resource processes based on academic and practical modeling methods. - Implement Learning & Development procedure, training calendar, Evaluation of training. - Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees or customers. Requirements

- Minimum bachelor's degree in HR, Management or any other relevant fields - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - English language fluency - Strong communication skill - Strong analytical skills - Gender Preference: Male - Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40
