Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for an agile, energetic and seasoned HR professional to support and contribute to the people function for a workforce size of 100 employees •Main Responsibilities: -Supporting the entire spectrum of HR Operations from on-boarding and off-boarding -Focus on continuous improvement of operational efficiencies and adhere to internal and external process/law compliances -Engage effectively with employees and develop employee experiences in all HR operation touchpoints -Liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors to foster harmony and drive efficiency in deliverables (quality and on time) -Manage end to end HR Operation activities (complete employee life cycle, on-boarding to off-boarding) -Handle Data and Record Management precisely, organized and error-free -Deliver accurate payroll and final settlement -Create Reports and Dashboards -Ensure 100% compliance to Statutory (labor law-bound) dealings and stay up to date -Handle benefits administration (Complimentary Insurance and leave) -Focus on continuous improvement of HR Operation related policies and processes -Contract Management: Issuance of employment contracts and contract addendums -Probation Management: Initiate, Track, and conclusion probation period reviews -Develop, Educate / Communicate on process/policy to employees -Develop HR Trust and be a people’s champion – Demonstrate a Proactive approach -Address employee queries/concerns -Collaborate with HR Global / Regional teams to continuously learn and adopt best practices -Internal and external stakeholder management

Requirements

-Bachelor/Master in any education stream -3 to 5 Years of relevant experience -Must have strong knowledge of Iran labor laws and HR Operation Acumen -Ability to work effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and employees -Should have the attribute of process-centric, eye for details and self-driven -Excellent approach towards planning work, managing priorities, using own initiatives to overcome challenges and Innovation -Proficient in MS Office -Highly flexible and display a willingness to continuously learn & thrive -Demonstrate a high degree of accountability and responsibility -IT / Telecom background will be an added advantage -Excellent communication skills (English) -Gender Preference: Male Ideal Age Range: 26 - 30
