Requirements
University Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor Degree (Preferred HR Management, Industrial Engineering) from a reputable university.
Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 5 years in HR field.
Specialist knowledge: o Deep knowledge in all HR field specially recruitment, training and development, performance management and compensation and benefit
Deep knowledge about labor law, tax law and Iranian social security law
Approved competencies in interviewing.
Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft office .

Behavioral competencies: Good communication skills, Ability to work as a team player, Responsible and accountable, Analytical thinking skill, Result oriented, Ability to work autonomously
English language: Intermediate (Working knowledge).
