List of responsibilities:
Preparing and updating job descriptions.
Handling the recruitment process including planning, job posting, CV screening, assessment, selection and offer letters.
Implementing the new comers’ orientation and socialization plan.
Handling the training process including needs assessment, planning, budgeting, delivering training courses and effectiveness evaluation
Implementing and supervising the performance management system including evaluation and feedback session.
Cooperating in job analysis and designing the compensation and benefit structure.
Analyzing compensation and benefits policies and proposing recommendation to establish competitive programs.
Implementing and following up the promotion and movements of employees
Designing and following up succession plan for key positions.
Conducting talent review and preparing and following up related action plans.
Conducting exit interviews.
Conducting HR surveys and preparing reports.
Running the communication plans related to organization values and culture.
Preparing analytical reports based on HR database and HR KPIs.
Evaluating HR systems and processes and providing recommendation for improvement.
Reporting to: Organizational Development Director.
Subordinates: No Subordinate.
Working hours: 8 to 17.
University Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor Degree (Preferred HR Management, Industrial Engineering) from a reputable university.
Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 5 years in HR field.
Specialist knowledge: o Deep knowledge in all HR field specially recruitment, training and development, performance management and compensation and benefit
Deep knowledge about labor law, tax law and Iranian social security law
Approved competencies in interviewing.
Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft office .

English language: Intermediate (Working knowledge).
