Job Description

A career as a ZARRIN Human Resources Specialist will provide the opportunity to develop deep knowledge and skill sets in 1 or more HR fields (e.g. Talent Practice, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Succession Management …). Your work might span across local or regional scopes and projects. As a HR Specialist in our Human Resources Department, your key responsibilities will include: •Leading and improving day to day operations in ZARRIN’s recruitment and selection process •Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure ZARRIN is able to continue hiring the best qualified candidates into the company •Generating, maintaining, and ensuring accuracy of dashboards, scorecards, and databases used in the end-to-end recruitment process •Providing planning, logistics, and administrative support in the execution of various local and global initiatives in talent supply. •Providing state of the art controls support in the end-to-end operations of ZARRIN’s recruitment process •You will participate in other HR projects, including but not limited to: - On-boarding; - Performance management; - Talent and succession management; -Learning and Development

Requirements

•Strong operational discipline – able to effectively handle time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes •Excellent interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels •Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and execute necessary activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy •Collaboration skills – able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds •Ability to develop technical deep understanding in complex processes and technical applications used in ZARRIN recruitment operations •Minimum 3 years of experience in related field •Bachelor Degree in Management fields
