Job Description

Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary. Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales. Administer employee insurance, pension and savings plans, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers. Calculates the variable pay for employees (bonuses, incentives, stock option plans, etc.) Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions) Designs and maintains the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation Monitor reviews of compensation and Benefits packages to maintain market positioning Analyze compensation and benefits trends, current programs, and legislation to assist Staffing Chief with data for presenting recommendations Assist Staffing Chief in preparing guidelines, structures and communication materials for annual salary reviews Assist in all establishing human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics Assist in performance management systems and communication Assist in Training and Organizational Development follow up day-to-day tasks that are focused on running the organization Assist in all other HR related tasks.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 2 years General HR experience - Having good knowledge of HRM activities - Being responsible and committed - Self-motivated and willing to take initiative - Strong communication skills - Organization skills - Fluent in English - Proficient in Microsoft programs: (Words, Excel, Power point, Outlook) - Ideal Age: 25-35
