Job Description

- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence - Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software - Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants - Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans - Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations - Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork - Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities - Analyses recruitment needs by studying organization plans and objectives - Preparing and managing correspondences, HR weekly and monthly reports and documents.

Requirements

-Maximum 2 years experience -Fluent in English -Proficiency in MS Office -Ability to think analytically -Advanced presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
