- To develop knowledge management Policy, procedures and process and monitor its compliance and implementation in the company - Performing the tasks related to the career development process (career patch, succession planning) - Implementing employee performance appraisal process - Performing tasks related to organizational culture processes and content analysis - Monthly time Sheet Report - Perform administrative recruitment processes - Educational Needs Assessment and Effectiveness Assessment - Prepare performance evaluation information - Monitoring employee relationships and resolving potential problems - Location: Pardis Technology Park -Working Days & Hours: Sat - Wed - Salary: 3-4 million

Requirements

- Age: 30 -40 years - Gender: Women - Work Experience: 5 years in HR - Education: Bachelor in Business or Management or Commercial (Master degree graduated will be an advantage) Technical Knowledge and Skills : - Proficiency in the ISO 10015 - Familiarity with ISO 34000 - Familiarity with the process of employee performance appraisal - Proficiency in models of organizational culture evaluation Software : - Microsoft Word- Intermediate, Microsoft Excel- Intermediate, SPSS, Workflow Management System (PW Kara) Interpersonal competencies : - Ability to communicate effectively - Partnership and Teamwork skills - Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills - Information analysis - Familiarity with the basics of work Balance between employee concerns and the interests of the organization. - Identifying staff personality - Conflict management - Secrecy
