Job Description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Implementing, maintaining and improving the Human Resource Management System according to ISO 34000:2016.
- Participating in Strategic & operational planning and policymaking in human resource management.
- Implementation, developing the Human Resource Information System.
- Planning, organizing and controlling the outcomes of people, groups or organizations.
- Managing the human capital necessary to execute organizational commitments and delivery excellence.
- Developing all requirements & standards in terms of organization (Governance, Organizational Culture, Organization Structure, HR Strategy, BCP, Social Responsibilities, Performance Management, HR Risk Management, Policymaking, …)
- Developing all requirements & standards in terms of HR Planning (Human Capacity Management, Capacity Plan, Organizational Value, HRMS …).
- Developing all requirements & standards in terms of People & Organization (Staffing, Competency Management …).
- Developing the requirements & standards in terms of HR Metrics (HCR, Compensation System Management, Productivity Management, Quality of Hire, Auditing, HR Cost Management …).
- Developing all requirements & standards in terms of Human Resource Governance, Sustainable Employability, Diversity & Inclusion and Workforce Planning
- Developing all requirements & standards in terms of Recruitment (Requisition, Job Descriptions, Scoring, Assessment, Pre-Boarding, Boarding, Employing …).
- Developing all requirements & standards in terms of Workforce Mobility (Localization, Outsourcing, Job Evaluation, Job satisfaction …).
- Developing all requirements & standards in terms of Talent Management and Knowledge Management.
- Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
