Job Description

- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems - Designing payroll & employee benefits to suggest necessary changing for improving the planning. - Interview employees, customers, or others to collect information. - Recruit personnel & Estimate labor requirements & Hire personnel. - Advise others on business or operational matters. - Supervise employees. - Represent the organization in external relations. - Recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes. - Lead company’s compliance with all existing governmental - Analyze data to inform personnel decisions. - Compile operational data. - Maintain personnel records. - Prepare operational budgets. - Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs - Execute end to end processing of company’s payroll. - Prepare and renew all personnel contract. - Follow personnel issues related to payroll and benefit. - Apply related changes in payroll system. - Execute all process related to personnel who left company and calculated termination benefit. - Prepare and renew all personnel contract. - Execute all process related to personnel who left company and calculated termination benefit. - Create and Modify Procedures - Supervise the Recruiting Team - Forecast and Plan, Monitor Metrics - Build the Network with headhunters - Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals - Research into competitors and market place - Research and develop recruiting leads and develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy - Advise clients on best-recruiting practices

Requirements

- 8-10 years of experience in Administration & Planning & Recruitment management & HRM - Skilled to evaluate the staff function & Job Evaluation & Person Evaluation. - Human Resources and Administration Management. - Excellent understanding of recruitment processes - Experience recruiting in managerial - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems - Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus - Good knowledge of Candidates selection methods - Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies - Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills - Team player/team lead - Good time-management skills - Industrial Psychology
