Job Description
- Handles all matters that relate to the payment of salaries to the staff of an organization.
- Tracking of the hours worked so as to know the right amount due to each member of staff.
- Calculating, deducting, and processing of Taxes, SSO and other benefits that are offered to employees by an organization or company.
- Call for an employee in relation to the time of resumption, attendance, and payroll.
- Managing direct deposits, benefit withholding, payroll deductions, paid leave, sick time reporting and the monitoring of employees hour compliance.
- Provide support to other financial personnel in an organization such as the accounting and reporting department.
- Conduct orientation of new recruits and handle employee concerns by liaising between the management and staff of an organization.
- Developing job descriptions to highlight the responsibilities expected of a candidate.
- Conduct the interviewing of potential employees as well as the processing of recruitment paperwork.
- Carry out hiring processes such as verification of candidate references and background checks and set the contract
