Job Description

- Follow up social security insurance requirements; - Applying the changes which are made in the company’s personnel information (changes in number of children, marriage status, etc.); - Execute the preparation, inquiry and review of employee contracts, ensure that employee’s contracts are handed in accurately and in a timely manner; - Assist in the employment affairs (on boarding) of new personnel, execute administrative activities of pre-employment process such as giving and taking new comers’ documents and prepare new comers’ letter for introducing them to Health Center and police offices to prepare Criminal records & pre-employment medical reports; - Assist in affairs related to the personnel promotions, salary increase, transfers, position changes and terminations; - Archive and maintain personnel documents; - Execute the affairs of personnel loan and facility requests; - Execute the end of service benefits payment; - Assist in job classification affairs; - Follow up financial statements of 3rd-party employees; - Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet department requirements;

Requirements

- Bachelor degree is required; - At least 1-2 years relevant experience in HR operation; - Strong MS Office skills; - High level of cultural awareness/sensitivity - employees and customers; - High level of both written and verbal communication/presentation skills; - English is required; - Gender: Male;
