Role HR Operations Executive About the role We’re looking for an HR Operations Executive to join our Human Resources team, which is responsible for building a creative, diverse, and thriving workforce. As an HR Operations Executive, you will be responsible for payroll as well as other administrative tasks at our office in Tehran. Responsibilities - Be the point of contact for staff regarding HR issues. - Keep our payroll records up-to-date. This includes the collection and calculation of data, as well as the maintenance of payroll information. - Perform payroll processing and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports. - Liaise with banks and relevant government offices such as Social Security Organization (SSO). - Implement HR policies and ensure that employees understand and comply with them. - Provide administrative support to office management, recruitment, and accounting. - Help the team in event-planning and day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

- A degree in accounting, human resource, or a relevant field - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Persian - Extensive experience in widely-used office applications and HR management systems such as Hamkaran System - Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processes and the ability to work in fast-paced environments - Exemplary organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills - Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy, autonomy, and integrity Perks and benefits - Growth-inducing challenges - Productive work atmosphere - Cooperation, support, and empowerment - Career progression opportunities - Market-based salary - Annual performance bonus - Health benefits Location Negar Tower, Tehran
