Job Description

● To manage all the processes of recruitment from recognition of HR acquirement sources to finalizing recruitment like designing and publishing job announcements in different portals, holding up interview meetings, filtering applicants based on standard indexes, etc.). ● To set HR Contracts. ● To perform the processes related to “Iranian Social Security Organization” and “Ministry of Cooperatives Labor and Social Welfare”. ● To Monitor and control personnel leaves and missions. ● To assess the FTE of every job. ● To evaluate the HR competencies. ● To organize the salary and incentives system based on competencies. ● To connect the OKRs to incentive plans. ● To make the salary system competency-based. ● To redesign the KPIs. ● To design the job career plans for every job. ● To create a report-based dashboard. ● To redesign the back-office processes. ● To prepare a monthly insurance list.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in a related field. ● At least 5 years of experience as an HR expert. ● Professional knowledge of HR area, related software, MS office, and automation. ● Expertise in all the HR functions like recruitment, instruction, salary, performance assessment, etc. ● Ability to lead and direct people. ● Analytical thinking style. ● Ability to communicate and present effectively.
