Job Description

•To generate and advise the best-suited talent sourcing strategies which suit the overall strategies and plan of the company. •To manage workforce-related advice related to workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and the rest of HR processes. •To manage end-to-end talent acquisition (TA) process for the Vista Media division, this includes talent sourcing, interview process, salary offer process and sealing the deal. •To manage the training need assessment for all employees in strategic and individual level. •To support design, implementation and delivery of Learning Development overall strategy. •To manage Performance Management process and make sure that the program runs efficiently. •To cooperate with Irancell C&B team in development and modification of company Compensation and Benefit strategy. •To liaise and collaborate with HRBPs and talent acquisition teams in salary offer meetings. •To manage providing a centralized operational client service to all employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Management / Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Profession; with experience in supervising / managing others • Experience working in a medium to large organization
