Job Description

● Develop, organize, schedule, and evaluate training programs. ● Lead the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates. ● Manage the talent acquisition process, particularly for managerial and professional roles. ● Manage Performance Management Cycle. ● Analyze trends in compensation and benefits. ● Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

Requirements

● At least 8 years of experience in the HR field. ● Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and transparency. ● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills. ● Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems. ● Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
