Job Description

HR Manager ● Managing HR Department of company, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process and designing corporate policies. ● Creating job descriptions, job classifications and job requirements system for company. ● Determining suitable salaries and remuneration. ● Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements. ● Supporting employee opportunities for professional development and managing appropriate training systems. ● Managing the performance management and review process and checking administrative budgets. ● Responsible for HR and administration. ● Talent Management, career and succession planning. ● Supervising and maintaining human resource practices in accordance with labor regulations.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's degree in Management related fields. ● Familiarity with labor law and rules of Social Security Organization. ● Familiar with human resources technology including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems. ● Ability to recruit, hire, develop and maintain qualified staff for company. ● Being acquainted with all the related activities and letter writing principles. ● At least five years of relevant working experience. ● Skillful at HRM related software including payroll system and Applicant Tracking System. ● Excellent communication and leadership skills. ● Full Time Position.
