- Expert knowledge of labor laws and labor insurance regulations
- Expert knowledge of job interviews and hiring and employment procedures including human resources planning and provision, recruitment, employment and assessing long-term performance
- Employee resignation management
- Setting goals and objectives for the staff
- The analysis of job descriptions, wage and salary administration, compensation and reward management
- Setting policies, instructions, executive guidelines, regulations and circulars
- Determining performance assessment indicators and the assessment of staff performance
- Managing and updating organizational positions and the related job descriptions
- Assessing the staff performance and reporting the results to the CEO
- Establishing and monitoring an employee hierarchy and making the related reports
- Monitoring the establishment of the approved organizational structure and the subsequent draft procedures
- Contributing to the efficient use and strategic management of human resources
- Establishing a communication system for employee-organization relationship
- Training the staff and enhancing their skills and knowledge
- Monitoring personnel records and educational backgrounds for organizational planning
- Creating a healthy and appropriate environment for the staff and securing their occupational safety
- Boosting and maintaining the employee’s morale
- Developing a survey procedure for the staff, analyzing the results, creating improvement projects and follow-up implementation
