Job Description

- Complete monitoring and follow-up in the recruitment process in various types - Work with HR software, payroll, attendance device -Salary calculation - Set up different types of work permits for different occupations - Doing things related to insurance, payroll, and office automation - Crafting of business and people solutions - Managing HR budgets

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development or any other relevant field. - At least 8 years experience in HR department - Familiar with attendance software - Fluent in Excel - Familiar with labor and social affairs laws - Familiarity with setting up an employment contract - Ability to perform assigned tasks simultaneously
