Job Description

-Preparation and regulation of policies, instructions, executive methods, regulations and human resources sections -Employee career path planning -Determining performance review indicators, monitoring the issuance of recruitment rulings and conducting performance appraisal of employees -Preparing and updating the description of company posts -Implement and execute the employee performance management project and present the results to the CEO -Establishment and control of personnel rating system and submission of relevant reports -Creating a communication system between employees and the organization -Supervising the compilation of the human resources budget of the units for each year based on the macro budgeting of the company and its control in every three months and preparing reports of budget control periods and analyzing the reasons for deviation from the budget -Monitoring educational records and personnel IDs with the aim of proper planning for them -Participation and control of the staff survey process, analysis of its results, development of improvement projects and follow-up for the implementation of the mentioned projects -Controlling the establishment of the approved organizational structure and the processes developed based on it -Creating a healthy and fair environment for employees and a sense of job security for competent and capable colleagues -Managing the process of resignation and leaving the organization -Contribute to the optimal use and strategic management of human resources -Managing the process of manpower recruitment (including manpower planning, provision of human resources, selection, employment and their consolidation in the organization) -Job analysis and design of salary system and compensation of employees -Training employees and trying to improve their knowledge and skills -Maintain and strengthen employee motivation

Requirements

-Master’s Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related field preferred -Minimum 10 years of experience as a HR Manager -Mastery of labor and social security laws -Full mastery of the interview process and recruitment and employment of personnel required by the organization -Introduction to Human Resources in Retail Industries (Retail) -Ideal Age Range: 37 - 50
