- Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions, job specification and competency models - Development and implementation of performance management system - Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate - Working on human development systems and processes

Skills: - Proficiency with MS Office - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Conceptual and Analytical Skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Familiar with KPI developing - Familiar with labor and Tax laws - Familiar with assessment center - Familiar with HR excellence models specially 34000 model Education: M.S degree preferably in Human Resource Management or Industrial Engineering Experience: At least 3 years’ Experience in similar positions Attitude: - Excellent teamwork skills - Self-motivated - Self-management - Time Management
