At Mediana, we are looking for a new partner to help us plan and control the company's human capital activities as a human resources manager. Recruitment process management (Human resources planning, supply, selection, hiring, and compensation). . Human resources development. . Organizational culture management. . Designing Objective and Key Results (OKR) and devising a compensation system. . Improving employees' motivation and teamwork abilities. . Designing Individual Development Plans (IDP). . Assisting in strategy planning and employer brand development.
