Job Description

HR manager for maadiran sales support company should: • Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. • Analyzes and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. • Advises managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes. • Performs difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to gain positive attitude toward organizational objectives. •Monitors and implements the KPI management system and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction •Mastery of labor law regulations, contract affairs and payroll. •Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develops recommendations for improvement of organizations personnel policies and practices. •Administers compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. • Performs any related tasks as assigned by Hr. Director.

Requirements

• Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process. • MA degree in human resource management preferably or related fields. • Minimum 7 years of experience as Human Resources Management • Ideal Age Range : Minimum 35
