- Execution of recruitment processes - Design and implementation of the career path process - Training needs assessment and implementation of training programs - Preparation of periodic human resources reports - Evaluate employee performance - Preparation of human resources instructions Monitor set standards and procedures - Improving the quality level of human resource

Requirements

- 30 to 40 years old - Minimum 3 years of experience working as a senior expert or Head of HR - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in industrial engineering or management from a reputable university - Mastery of human resource processes - Mastery of labor laws and social security insurance - Mastery of administrative affairs and personnel contracts - Familiar with the payroll system and traffic devices - Familiar with OFFICE - Ability to resolve disputes and to organize - Has a team work spirit - Extroverted and has high public relations
