Datis strongly working in CCTV and commercial monitors field who are seeking an operational and strategically focused HR Manager who can align corporate effectively. As the HR Manager you will have full responsibility and will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle creating and implementing process and strategies to ensure the function is adding value to the wider business. Key responsibilities - Leading a HR team successfully, supporting with their development and harnessing the talent . - Coaching and guiding senior leaders with the full HR lifecycle having a particular focus on employee relations - Leading and supporting with company-wide projects spanning - Conducting a full generalist HR position with a strong operational and strategic focus Profile - You will be an effective leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders with ease. Candidates must have recent, proven experience of working within a technology business ideally with a global remit .
