Job Description

- Counseling staff and administrators on personnel matter; including promotions, Insurance, Retirement and other benefit, in a confidential, objective and professional manner. -Planning , monitoring and evaluating employee performance through training managers in order to regulate employee performance, -schedule management conferences, attend staff, handle employee complaints and complaints, provide suggestions to employees, and super visors.

-Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis -Strong commercial acumen and business understanding -Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills -High public communication -Strong in scientific research and result analysis -Strong project management and planning skills -Ability to provide technical reports
