Job Description

-Identify qualified candidates for various positions in company to continuously assist with growth and optimization of company talent-pool through networking, internet postings, university relations -Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators -Work with current employees and new hires in developing their skills (industrial/general) -Assist management in HR Strategy Planning and manage the implementation process in all HR functions -Document HR processes and procedures and communicating it internally to constantly maintain and improve company working culture -Conduct appraisals of staff to monitor their progress and performance and report to management -Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees, proactively and when employee relations issues arise. -Play a role in keeping working environment conflict-free -Serve as a strategic thought partner to the management team on people-related strategies and engagements -Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, retention and strategic development -Research compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys, evaluate compensation policies -Monitor government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends and ensure that the pay practices comply with Iran’s laws and regulations

Requirements

-Strong networking skills, business diplomacy, problem solving, relationship building and maintenance, conflict resolution, developing and implementing HR plans based on business and market information along company strategy -Entrepreneurial and enterprising attitude and capabilities -Hands-on versatile and resourceful -Ability to approach and attract international talent, utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, advertisements, and universities, cold calling), negotiate with trade bodies and present to regulators -Having PHR/SPHR certification would be a plus -Knowledge of insurance industries/ IT industry -3-5 years of experience as lead HR individual in a knowledge based organization (min100 personel) -Fluent in English and Farsi -Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change -Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions -Ability to influence and coach -Proactive, can operate autonomously, and thrives in ambiguity -Demonstrated ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo -Data driven and detail oriented
