The department of a business or organization that deals with the hiring, administration, and training of staff needs an expert Human resources specialist is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. She or he may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. He or she must plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions at ASAN SHAYAN.

This skill relies heavily on strong communication and interpersonal abilities.if you are a volunteer to be settle in this position as an HR expert, you should have great listening skills, empathy and emotional intelligence. you need to be good at ICDL you need to be able to work under pressures and difficulties It needs training and managing and leadership skills you need to know how to improve interrelationships in the workplace. The HR manager also designs and produces the policy handbooks and releases memos for the benefit of all the employees which call for the need of good writing skills.
