Job Description

Requirements

- BA or MA in related fields - At least 8 Years of work experience -Familiar with Export and Import -Have good and complete database - English proficiency, both written and oral - Familiar with related applications - Full command of computer knowledge - Ability to hiring negotiation and HR maintenance -Familiar with Human Resources Software -Familiar with HR Functions likes the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems -Familiar with labor laws
