Job Description

- Prioritizing HR department goals, plans and actions based on company's strategic goals - Developing corporate HR policies and instructions - Supervising the execution of HR processes in consistence with HR strategy, policies and instructions - Identifying challenges and areas for improvement in HR - Supervising and cooperating in designing, assessing and improving HR processes - Conducting human resource planning and setting budget - Supervising recruitment process - Supervising HR development initiatives (Performance Management, Management Development, Succession Planning) - Supervising HR operations

Requirements

- Minimum Master’s Degree in HR, MBA or Industrial Engineering - At least 8 years of experience in HR Department, minimum 4 years as HR Manager - Experience in and full command of HR development concepts and processes - Hand-on experience in HR operation - Fluency in English is necessary - Age preference 32 – 45 - Excellent communication skills
