- Human resource planning, recruiting, selection, community, service trip. - Full command of Labor Law, SSO law, Supplementary Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance. - Assessing the performance of employees based on the indicators and the designated model and providing macro and macro reports and necessary feedback. - Business valuation (Grading), Salary and wages, Compensation for material and immaterial services, Welfare services. - Needs assessment resources, feasibility study for holding training courses, designing training courses, time planning, teaching methods, measuring effectiveness, receiving feedback and providing micro and macro reports. - Recognition of recruiting resources, resume rankings, indicators and test methods, and their assessment in interviews and written tests, interviewing and negotiation techniques, control of perceived errors in selection. - Team building, leadership, motivation, personality, communication, organizational culture, conflict management. - Official and informal mechanisms of motivation, encouragement and punishment of staff to improve performance. - Conflict Resolution, Office of Dialogue, Control and Guidance of Workers' Organizations. - Office affairs, HR information systems and personnel. - Organizational structure, organization (division of labor and allocation of forces), job design, job analysis.

Requirements

- Masters HRM , Management, MBA. - At least 10 years of total experience and 5 years of executive management is mandatory. - Full command of computer knowledge. - Full command of labor law. - Ability to lead and persuade people. - Good communication. - Strong systemic thinking.
