Job Description

ZFP as a distributor of renowned fashion brands is looking for an HR Manager for its own apparel manufacturing plant based in Maku. The role will report both to the local Plant Manager and to the HR Director in the headquarter in Tehran. • Implement HR strategies and processes aligned with central HR department and overall business strategy. • Developing and implementing career analysis processes (recruitment, performance management, staff training and development and talent identification.) • Team building, leadership of plant staff, motivation, communication skills, organizational culture, interpersonal skills to develop relationship. • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the plant • Supporting line managers across the business on organizational structure and design as well as advice and active contact for management, executives and employees of the company on all HR-relevant topics and labor law issues in Iran providing first line HR advise • Coaching and mentoring team members, employees and HR specialists • Coaching of production management team regarding their employees, work on a succession plan for their lines and define an appropriate talent management plan; • Developing, analyzing and continuous monitoring of the company’s wage and salary budget • Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures • Assuring the payroll process and performing benefits administration • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling • Maintaining department records and reports, maintaining company directory and other organizational charts • Recommending new policies, approaches and procedures • Work closely with the line managers to resolve performance/disciplinary issues, advice on social legislation topics and handle legal issues

Requirements

• University Degree in Management, psychology or industry fields (degree in HRM is an advantage) • Several years of experience in a generalist HR related role, ideally in a manufacturing environment • Both a strategic thinking and a hands-on attitude, with a proactive and positive approach • Strong communication skills, team player with a ‘can do’ approach • Leadership, with the ability to lead in the day to day operations of the business • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel • High attention to details, structured & organized • Ability to follow up and meet deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Turkish is a plus) • Interested and able to deal with different cultures, adaptability and flexibility • Strong personality and eager to learn and grow • Proficiency in HR areas
