Job Description

•Manage the entire training cycle for all internal training programs aligned with HR mission. •Co-ordinate, plan and implement learning activities including implementation, reporting and communication in accordance with the entire training cycle process. •Prepare Weekly and monthly report on training & recruitment process. •Conduct all steps of recruitment: job postings, screening CVs, Perform interviews, gives line manager's consultation on recruitment. •Perform job analysis & evaluations for new positions or existing ones for reclassification purpose.

Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Management fields, MBA, Industrial Psychology or Industrial Engineering (degree in HRM is an advantage). •At least 5 years of experience in related areas. •Professional knowledge of all HR areas. •Ability to communicate and present effectively. •English proficiency and computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office. •Based in Tehran
