Job Description
•Manage the entire training cycle for all internal training programs aligned with HR mission.
•Co-ordinate, plan and implement learning activities including implementation, reporting and communication in accordance with the entire training cycle process.
•Prepare Weekly and monthly report on training & recruitment process.
•Conduct all steps of recruitment: job postings, screening CVs, Perform interviews, gives line manager's consultation on recruitment.
•Perform job analysis & evaluations for new positions or existing ones for reclassification purpose.
