Job Description

1. Recruitment 1.1.1. Managing recruitment and selection process of professional personnel, 1.1.2. Designing selection process and an Organizational Chart, 1.1.3. Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions 1.1.4. Create HR`s Instructions and Regulations related to Recruitment, Screen, Hire, Onboarding, Job classification and Deployment them 1.1.5. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes 2. Compensation 2.1.1. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. 2.1.2. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. 2.1.3. Familiar with Mercer and Hay model 2.1.4. Familiar with the topics of HSE 2.1.5. Familiar with ISO 45001 2.1.6. 3. Development 3.1.1. Training the personnel based on ISO 10015 and measuring its effectiveness 3.1.2. Designing and implementation performance assessment systems of human resources, 3.1.3. Identifying and Analyzing the Training needs of personnel. 3.1.4. Creating and managing the HR department’s annual budget 3.1.5. Design of functional systems and management of communications and employee relations 3.1.6. Managing the organization’s HR processes, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, talent management HR information systems

Requirements

-Master's degree Management from a Public university -Minimum of 5 years of related work experience -Being completely familiar with: * Administrative Affairs * Automation * Salary Policies and Staff Grading * Compensation Terms -Familiar with Job Grading -Familiar with Human Resources Software -Familiar with HR Functions likes the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems. -Familiar with labor laws -Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
