Purpose of the Role: Smooth management and running of HR processes: Payroll and time office activities Administration (Canteen, Contract labor, transport, Security etc.) Statutory Compliance's (labor licensing, Pension Funds, Taxation and contract labor) Talent acquisition and Retention Employee relations (Managing staff and operators, wage/contract negotiation, grievance handling, conflict, management et. al) Group reporting Coordination and Liasoning with external stakeholders (governmental/non-governmental) Manage a HRIS systems (SAP) and HR process like EPM & TM Key Outputs: Independently manage all HRM processes Team Management Timely reporting (company and statutory) Talent acquisition Operational efficiency of processes
An MBA/ Post graduation Degree/Diploma in HR from a reputed business School/Institution A relevant experience of 3 to 5 years Experiences in an MNC manufacturing organization Experience in International organization with a matrix structure would be beneficial.
