Job Description As HR manager, you will be responsible for maintenance of HR processes and systems in Local Manufacturing Tehran (LMT) in full compliance with local Labour legislation and corporate requirements to support business strategy, including but not limited to: - Recruitment and selection; - On-boarding; - Performance management; - Talent and succession management; - Compensations and benefits management; - Training system ensuring compliance with NN, GMP and local requirements - PS PS (cLEAN) - Personnel administration (including SAP HR maintenance). You are also will be responsible for developing and driving activities aimed to support the business needs from the organizational perspective. Implement and support organizational strategy in LMT in close partnership with site mgmt. Ensure LMT employer value proposion promotes Novo Nordisk as the best employer and supports attraction and retention of the best employees. Ensure the managers are well-trained and equipped with the proper systems, tools and competences in people management. Also you need to provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, and cost per hire, training hours per person, etc. you also need to ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods. Coordinate recruitment throughout the company through management of a recruitment team/HR team. Build relationships with recruiters, draft briefs, set up interviews where necessary. Interview senior hires when necessary will also be part of HR managers roll.

Requirements

As of HR manager skills you need to have the ability to inspire confidence of the factory GM and other senior managers through timely delivery of information and plans. Works independently of factory GM, but consults where appropriate, strong working knowledge of employment law issues and the ability to apply these to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and common sense approach, familiar with best practice redundancy processes and experienced in coaching managers through this and leading where necessary. Manufacturing acumen - has a good overall understanding of company finances and uses this information to push back and support managers in resource and succession planning Able to problem solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach. The ideal candidate should have a master degree in HR or similar field with at least 5+ years of human resources manager experience including being part of the site leadership team in an international environment (energy, electronics, pharma, food or cosmetics). Experience with pharmaceutical or other regulated industry is expected. To succeed in this role the ideal candidate will need an open mindset who can work independently and as a team player with a strong focus on results. Further to this, you should have good communication skills with the ability to establish good relationship with local and global team. You also need to have the knowledge of labor legislation of Iran, solid board business understanding and knowledge within project execution & organizational development, change management, succession and talent management, leadership development.
