Job Description

Below responsibilities will be assigned based on probation result : Compensation and benefit processes. Assist in recruitment processes. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Undertake tasks around performance management. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

We are seeking Talented Fresh Graduated for HR: - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. - Good knowledge of employment/labor laws. - Excellent communication and people skills. - Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field. Those applicant who are graduated from top 10 universities has priority. - Preferred to have less than 2 years’ experience in related area, fresh graduated is also accepted. Special Skills/ Knowledge: - Computer proficiency; being well versed in Ms. Office. - Greatly customer centrism, highly flexible, High tolerance and ability to work under pressure, good team work spirit, high eagerness to learn, ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment and effective time management. - Both male & female candidates ONLY between the age range of "21 -- 29" years old are acceptable. - Fair command of English (working language is English) *** Available for full-time Jobs & free from university studies. *** Free (Done/ Exemption) from I.R.I. Military Service duty for male candidates.
